How far in advance do I need to book?
Book as early as you can, especially for weekends and peak season. Weekday rentals are easier to arrange on short notice. Call us to check availability for your dates.
Do you offer both short-term and long-term rentals?
Yes. Short-term rentals are priced per day or week. Long-term rentals get reduced rates with a simple monthly agreement. Tell us your timeline and we'll set it up.
How does delivery and pickup work?
We deliver to sites across the Greater Toronto Area and arrange pickup when you're done. Delivery timing is confirmed when you book, so you know exactly when gear arrives.
Can I extend my rental if I need it longer?
Most rentals can be extended. Call us before your current term ends and we'll check availability. We'll adjust the rate and keep everything running smoothly.
What maintenance do I need to do during the rental?
Keep the equipment clean and report any issues right away. Normal wear is covered. We handle the servicing and repairs. Just let us know if something doesn't work.
What if the equipment breaks down while I'm using it?
We'll arrange a replacement or a service visit. We keep our fleet maintained, but if something goes wrong, we sort it out fast so your work isn't held up.
