What does the rental price include?

How far in advance should I book?
Booking a few days ahead is usually enough for standard items. For longer terms or in busy season, a week or two helps us hold the right equipment for you. Just ask.
Can I extend my rental if I need it longer?

What condition are the rental items in?
Every item is checked and maintained before it goes out. You get gear that's ready to work. If something isn't right when you pick it up, flag it and we'll make it right.
What happens if something breaks while I have it?
Normal wear from proper use is expected. If something fails due to a defect, we'll work with you on a fix or replacement. Just call us and we'll sort it out.
What are the delivery and pickup options?
